Welcome to FACEFIT (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Terms
These Terms govern all use of our website, booking system, and services offered at FACEFIT.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the “Last Updated” date shown above.
2. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system or by contacting us directly.

You are responsible for ensuring that your booking details are accurate.

FACEFIT reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit.

Repeated no-shows may lead to the suspension of future booking privileges.
4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of service or as required by our booking system.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.

Gift cards, promotions, or packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified billing error or at FACEFIT’s sole discretion.
6. Health & Safety

Clients are required to disclose any relevant health conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to treatment.

FACEFIT is not liable for reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or the use of home products not recommended by our specialists.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client if it may pose a health risk to the client or therapist.
7. Client Consent Form
Before receiving any service, all clients are required to complete and sign a Client Health & Treatment Consent Form.
This form includes important information about health history, medications, allergies, and treatment preferences.
By signing the form, clients confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and acknowledge that FACEFIT is not liable for any adverse reaction or outcome resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information.
Clients also agree to inform FACEFIT of any future health or medication changes that may affect treatment options.
8. Photography & Media Consent
During or after treatments, FACEFIT may request permission to take photos for internal training or marketing purposes.
Clients have full control over their preferences by selecting an option on the consent form.
FACEFIT will always respect the client’s choice regarding photo use and will never share identifiable images without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
FACEFIT and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
All treatments are performed by trained professionals, but results may vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and lifestyle.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
10. Conduct & Studio Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients:

Please arrive on time and silence mobile devices during sessions.

We do not tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients.

FACEFIT reserves the right to terminate a session immediately in such cases without refund.
11. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are valid for [insert duration, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Package sessions must be used within the specified time frame; unused sessions expire after that period.
12. Website & Content Ownership
All images, text, logos, and materials on the FACEFIT website are the intellectual property of FACEFIT and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
