REFUND POLICY

At FACEFIT, our goal is to provide every client with exceptional service and results. All of our treatments and services are performed by trained professionals using the highest standards of care. Because each client’s experience and results are unique, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

1. Services
All service sales are final.
Due to the personal and time-based nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please notify our team within 24 hours of your appointment so that we can address your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a follow-up consultation or corrective session at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • Prepaid sessions will not be refunded but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges.
     

3. Packages & Memberships

  • Multi-session packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

  • Unused sessions may be credited toward another treatment of equal or lesser value within the validity period, at FACEFIT’s discretion.

  • Expired sessions cannot be reinstated or refunded.


4. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value.

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

  • Discounts, sales, or promotions cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.


5. Products (if applicable)
If you purchase skincare or retail products from FACEFIT:

  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Defective items may be replaced with the same product after inspection.


6. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities
Clients are required to disclose all known allergies and sensitivities prior to treatment.
While our specialists take every precaution, FACEFIT is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.
In rare cases of irritation, we may offer a follow-up evaluation, but refunds are not issued for reactions beyond our control.


7. Policy Updates
FACEFIT reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
